The joy of cooking!
Hi everyone,
After a couple of years of reading many beautiful food blogs out there, I have decided to create one. I adore cooking and eating. A good plate of food can always make me smile! So here I am, sharing my food interests, discoveries from my travels, my favorite recipes and my culinary misbehaves!
A little bit more about me: Name Nargess Raha P. (blogging as Nargess) I am 30 years of age, born and grew up in Middle east, Iran (a.k.a Persia to some or the land of …. yes! I know what you are thinking ..land of spices! ). Back then I have observed numerous family cooking sessions which involved use of many colorful spices and resulted in mouth- watering dishes. So in this blog I will share a bit of my middle eastern-food loves. I have lived a good chunk of my life in UK/ England and have gathered many many cookery books; have kept my favorites and I will share their best recipes in this blog.
Currently I work and live in Dublin. So far big love for this city, humble and full funky places and food surprises.

Hi Nargress! I’m so fond of Asian cousine and I also love all kinds of spices that comes from East, you see I ‘m Greek and we love to use spices in our food, too. But I’m not so good cook. I think I will find very interesting and informative recipes here!!
