A vegan Sunday roast. Couldn’t be more delicious! I had no recipe to follow but it’s so easy to make and you can make this with whatever spices you like.
I brushed the cauliflower ‘steaks’ with the following marinade:
- Rapeseed oil ( 4 tbs)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon Zataar spice mix
- 1 teaspoon of salt ( or desired amount)
Place the cauliflower in a preheated oven. Cook for 15 to 20min (depending on the thickness of cauliflower slices ) on 180C in a fan oven. Serve with chopped chilli, lime and coriander. The smell and flavours are oh so pleasing!
