How About This: for Saturday breakfast

I am trying to make some changes to my blog. I was thinking that many times I scroll quickly through blogs and food photos, just to get ideas. So this new category – “How About This” is for those people who are similar to me, just searching for a photo to make them go creative in their kitchen.

This morning for a lazy Saturday I made : EGGS with PROSCIUTTO  HAM, PARMESAN and MINT – Drizzled with a good virgin olive oil.

The combination works great:

Prosciutto ham and eggs comforting combined with a touch of freshness from mint leaves.

Eggs and Prosciutto, Parmesan : creamy and salty combination.

  1. A perfect Saturday breakfast! I also had eggs for breakfast, and regretted not taking a picture! This new category is a good idea 🙂

    • Thanks Darya! So many dishes I make that I love but I either don’t have an accurate step by step recipe, don’t have time to write or they are just too simple but I still like to share them. This category will solve my problems 😉

  2. It’s a great combination, ham and eggs or in this case prosciutto and eggs. Perfect way to start the weekend.

  3. Oh this sounds like a lovely breakfast! 🙂

  4. Brew the tea, pass on the bread and let’s start! Lovely breakfast, Nargess jan! 😀
