I am trying to make some changes to my blog. I was thinking that many times I scroll quickly through blogs and food photos, just to get ideas. So this new category – “How About This” is for those people who are similar to me, just searching for a photo to make them go creative in their kitchen.
This morning for a lazy Saturday I made : EGGS with PROSCIUTTO HAM, PARMESAN and MINT – Drizzled with a good virgin olive oil.
The combination works great:
Prosciutto ham and eggs comforting combined with a touch of freshness from mint leaves.
Eggs and Prosciutto, Parmesan : creamy and salty combination.
