My Lazy Sunday Brunch

Got up with instant relived feeling of: I am not late for work, it’s weekend! Next thing: starving and a very few left over ingredients in the fridge have to save me: Chorizo, Eggs, Courgette and Tomatoes. Usually my quick fix with Chorizo is something like this recipe. But having no potatoes, following method is what I did:

My left overs

Chorizo fried, Tomatoes soften, courgette grated

Chopped and fried the Chorizo to release its oil and smoky flavor. Skinned and chopped a couple of tomatoes finely. Left to soften. Grated some courgette and let it to its magic of making everything feeling a bit creamy and cosy. Ripped some basil leaves and added some olive oil. Poached two eggs, everything on top of toast. As for drink : some frozen pears turned into a delicious refreshing smoothie.

Half an hour later, I am HAPPY!

Thanks for looking and come back soon!

Glad that you liked the idea Kitchen72!
…and funny enough very recently I visited your blog (not sure if I left you a comment or not) but I am assuming you are not with wordpress? I like to follow you but don’t have the option. Solutions?
      p.s. spooky gravatar! 😉

Hi there… there’s a couple of links on the top right of my homepage – though by the sounds of it I need to make them more prominent!!

        Quick links below..

          Ta! Sorted!
The links on your homepage are visible enough. But I think wordpress to wordpress following is even simpler; you only need to click on a “Follow” icon and it feeds the new posts of the blog of interest to your blog home. No email required. But any how…it is simple enough to follow you !

          • Hmmm my site is a wordpress site… i haven’t heard of this wordpress to wordpress thing… must investigate and FIX! #nerdalert

            • Ok… lesson learnt… i don’t host my site on – I’m using CMS via – so your toolbar will only follow hosted sites – nice feature but you will need to add sites manually to your reader!

I see! I thought your blog has a ‘wordpress- feel’ about it! Oh well, we learn something new everyday. If I last a year, I think I’ll move to too, you have more control over the design.

  3. I every time emailed this blog post page tto all my associates,
because if like to redad it afterward my frieds will too.

  4. It is not my first time to go to see this web page, i am browsing
this web site dailly and get pleasant data from here daily.

  5. I’m not sure why but this web site is loading incredibly slow for me.
Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end?
I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
